1. 1. Legal basis
      This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

   3. The atiswaterfun.com website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following manner:
      a) Through information entered voluntarily in forms
      b) By saving cookies in end devices
      c) By saving www server logs
   4. Purpose of collecting and processing personal data
      a) The data provided in the form is completed voluntarily and processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process a notification or commercial contact. Data in the form is not shared with third parties and is processed once.
      b) Cookies are used to create statistics that help understand how the Website Users use websites, which allows for improving their structure and content. The recipients of the data are Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Facebook, Instagram.
      c) Server logs are saved in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided. Data that can be saved: IP address, host name, time of connection to the website.
